FAQ

Questions worth asking before you order.

Length, bundle count and lace all trip people up. Read these first, and if your question is not here, send it over before you buy.

01 The change

Do you still do installs and nails?

No. Infiniti Beauty no longer takes appointments for sew-ins, weaves or acrylic sets. The studio now sells the hair instead, so you can take it to whoever installs for you.

I had a standing appointment. What now?

Send a message and you will get a straight answer about your booking. Nothing is being left hanging.

02 Choosing

How do I pick a length?

Hair is measured straight, stretched from the weft to the tip. That matters most on curly and wavy textures, which sit noticeably shorter once installed than the number on the bundle. If you want a curly install to finish at a certain point, size up rather than down.

How many bundles do I need?

It depends on the length and how full you want it. Shorter lengths need fewer bundles for the same fullness, and longer lengths need more because the hair thins toward the ends. If you are between two counts, send your length and the look you are after before ordering.

Closure or frontal?

A 4x4 closure covers the parting area only, so the rest of the install is your bundles. A 13x4 frontal runs ear to ear, which lets you part anywhere across the front and pull the hair back off the face. A frontal gives more styling freedom, a closure is less lace to maintain.

What is the difference between bundles, tape-ins and clip-ins?

Bundles are wefted hair meant to be sewn or bonded in by a stylist. Tape-ins are pre-taped strips applied in sections and worn for weeks. Clip-ins go in and out yourself in minutes, with no install at all.

03 Ordering

Can I ask a question before I buy?

Yes, and it is encouraged. Use the inquiry form, or reach out on Instagram or by phone. Getting the length and bundle count right the first time saves everyone a return.

When will my order ship, and can I return it?

Processing, delivery and returns are all set out on the policy page. Read it before you order, because hair is handled differently from most things you buy online.
